At the beginning I didn't really know how the TESOL course will be and if I would like it to teach. But at the end I can say that it was one of my best decisions to take this course!
I didn't expect that I would enjoy teaching so much and that I would miss it! The course is well organised and you have to study a lot but at the end you will be happy that you took this course!
Take this course and you will see that you will be happy in teaching English! |

This course was very valuable for me. It was the first time to teach students. Speaking in front of students was not an easy thing. But after this course, I got more confidence and learned many skills for teaching. And now I know how to deal with real class situations. I'm really pleased that I didn't miss this opportunity in my life. Everything that I've learned and experienced in this course will help me a lot when I teach English in my country.
Through this course, I achieved not only teaching skills and good experiences but also will power and pertinacity. This course is helpful not only about teaching but also about life skills.
The coursebooks were useful to prepare my 8 day lessons.
Peer Teaching experiences were also beneficial for me to have an idea about a one-hour lesson and to practice writing Teacher Discourse and Lesson Plan.
8-day practicums were magnificent for me to experience unexpected situations and to prepare various lessons such as reading, listening, functional language, grammar and vocabulary (of course, speaking) lessons that are linked all together and connected to the topics. |

You will enjoy it, but at the same time you have to work really hard. Observation time is a good moment to learn how to handle with different accents, warm-ups will give you the chance to make mistakes and learn through them. You will love teaching for 1 hour. It's amazing when you notice that all that you have learnt during 3 months it's useful. It's an intensive course, you have to work very hard, but at the end you'll be proud of yourself. I've developed all my skills, not just talking about English skills, in my daily life too. I enjoyed my time here. I love this course!!! |

I want to be an English teacher in my country, but I didn't know how to teach English.
However, now I know how to write a lesson plan and how to make students interested and how to make them understand.
A few days ago, I found an advertisement for English teacher. It said they wanted to see my 15 minutes demonstration in real class. If I wouldn't take this class, I must have felt nervous and uncomfortable. But now 15 minutes demonstration is a cup of tea to me. I'm full of confidence. I'm so glad to take this course.

I'm really appreciating that I had so many opportunities which are very helpful to teaching during the course.
Before this course, I hadn't imagined myself to teach language. However, I've already got used to preparing and doing hard work for teaching now and I'm very glad that I've been a part of this course.
This course has not only the information of the way of teaching, but also the information of the test (TKT). It will be great advantage for me in the future.
Like I said it was tremendous experience and I'm glad that I've been through as well and thanks for our trainer Sarah's passion and enthusiasm for this course!

1,296,000 seconds in total and every second of this course was great. It was a lot of fun even though the last 2 weeks were very stressful. You make so many new friends in this course which help you to reach your goal and finish this course successfully.
These 3 months will help you so much and even if you don't want to be a teacher, take the opportunity! I will guarantee you, you will not regret it.

It was a really great experience. I've learnt a lot of things from the TESOL course. 3 months wasn't really a long time, but we did so many things! And also, I learnt how to make a good relationship with people, as well as with teaching students. I was lucky to have taken this program. I was able to meet good classmates, Sarah, sponsor teachers, and good and lovely students! I don't think I could have this experience from another place again. When you have a chance, just enjoy it and try to do your best! Also the 10 hours of practicum was an absolutely valuable experience. As first, I wasn't sure that I could do it, but I was able to! And I'm happy that I can teach English. It's really valuable and awesome!

What can I say about the TESOL program!
It has been one of the best experiences I have ever done in my life!! You don't only learn how to teach, you discover many qualities you probably didn't know existed in yourself! I recommend this course to everybody!! I love the TESOL program! If I ever become a teacher, I would love to be like a TESOL trainer! |

This course is not easy to take, but absolutely helpful and great course! Coursebook and materials all are great, very organized and helpful. Especially, teacher (TESOL trainer) is very experienced, knowledgeable...I've learned a lot from the teacher. I realized that I've improved so much not just in English but also in teaching skills. It helped me a lot move onto next step in my life of teaching. Now, I'm proud of myself to complete this course and I found the confidence in myself especially in my teaching field. Course tutor is absolutely great. ILSC environment too. Someone who wants to be an English teacher or wants to learn teaching skills, I completely recommend ILSC TESOL course in Montreal. I'll never forget the time that I've spent in ILSC Montreal. |

I feel so happy now, that I finished this course and I'm proud of myself. This is a serious course, very beneficial, new experience for new teachers, and for old teachers, this course will be great to improve many things in the way you teach.
I feel that I have more confidence in myself about entering a class and giving a lesson, I learnt a lot. Sarah, our teacher is the best teacher I ever had, so supportive, she makes things easier on you, without each others support we would have never achieved our goals. Thank you for everything.
I recommend every person who is still hesitating to take this course, and he/she will never regret. Good luck.

What a course!! It has been such a great time studying TESOL/TKT in Montreal. I still can NOT believe this is all over. I still remember the first day entering to my input session room and meet my tutor and other 2 students. It almost felt like my home, and for sure, I'm going to miss here so much. Whoever comes up to me and ask about the TESOL/TKT course, I always recommend ILSC Montreal. Great teachers, students and course tutor. You get to have full time experience and practicum. ILSC environment...I'm loving it! This course is very intensive, so do not think this is going to be just having fun for 3 months course. However, you'll never regret doing this course. You wouldn't believe how fast the time goes by. |

It was really good experience that I taught English to real students. After that I could get rid of fear of speaking in front of strangers.
Even if someone doesn't want to be an English teacher, it still has lots of good things.
I think that every week has different things such as input, peer teaching and practicum. So it's really good and make students study hard and it also has lots of chances to read and write and speak.
I won't forget about my teacher, Sarah, my classmates and ILSC and Montreal. |

I'd like to introduce TESOL class!
If you want to study English grammar, writing and so on, you should go to the ESL course. TESOL class is not to study for ESL. It is to study 'How to teach English in English'. This course is amazing.
If you take the TESOL course, you don't only learn teaching English but also many things. When you come to class first time and when you finish this course you can see how much you achieve and improve yourself. It is awesome! Don't give up on yourself. Because you can do it. I did it!
Good Luck!

It is a great course. I not only learned teaching skills, but practiced speaking a lot. Also, I found and developed some good points of mine as a teacher while realising and improving some points that I need to. I had a lot of chances and time to think about relationship between people, not only about a teacher and students, and I think I understand other people better than before. My trainer was very friendly, nice and encouraging. I learned aspects and qualifications as a good teacher as well as teaching skills and knowledge from her. I was happy in this course and I won't forget the time I studied here.
Peer teaching is a great way to practice teaching. There is less pressure than practicum, and feedback from peers and the trainer is very helpful. Also, by observing many teachers, I learned various classroom management skills as well as teaching skills.
Assessment process is always clear and fair. I could see how much I have improved and which parts I should work on more. It was helpful. |

First of all, I've never taught English before. When I did practicum in the first Module, I was so nervous and embarrassed. I couldn't deal with students. But since then, I was never nervous in my practicum and I learned how to deal with any difficulties. I realized that I've improved a lot teaching skill and I found the confidence in me. I couldn't believe that I completed this course. I'll never forget the time that I've studied with my classmates and tutor. It was pleasure to be here. I want to recommend ILSC TESOL course in Montreal. It's going to help you to learn teaching skill. I love ILSC. |

ILSC is the best school that you can learn and practice languages. You'll see attractive lessons with great teachers, a lot of students from different countries; German, Swiss, France, Korea, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Colombia and so on.
You can feel a multicultural city as well.
The courses are mostly focused on communication, all you have to do is just open your mind and enjoy the lessons and school activities with your classmates! The experiences in this school will be wonderful! |

When I found TESOL course through the Internet, I considered the ones who had done the course as very great people.
When I was taking the course, it was definitely challenge and required a lot of patience, but as I learned new things, I was getting to enjoy more what had been doing. Moreover, our classmates were really nice people who could help and encourage each other and my teacher was accurate, funny and also warm, which was the biggest reason I liked the course.
I couldn't believe how well we all cooperated and how successfully we made our own lessons at the end only from this 3 month course. I felt as though I was a real teacher who controlled my students when I was doing the last practicum, which I really enjoyed being a teacher because my students were following me well and I saw them learning and improving their English from my skills.
I couldn't have ever had this kind of experience if it wasn't for this course.
As English is also the second language for me, I am more proud of myself, and I am sure anyone can do this as well if they are not afraid of things. |

It's not too difficult. Just try it. Your teacher, classmates and other people will help you if you have difficulty taking TESOL. It must be your precious and valuable experience. Don't hesitate! You will learn not only teaching skills but also how to manage people, schedules, etc. like I've learned. I've learned many things from TESOL. |

Hi, my name is Soae Lee and I'm the one of the students who graduated TESOL course at ILSC just now. Whenever I recall the memories in TESOL course, there are only good things even if I felt difficult and hard at that time.
I like the environment and the teacher of TESOL at ILSC. Everything was prepared for us - I mean, enough computers, materials for our studying, coursebooks, reference books, etc. - and the teacher was very good. She always tried teaching us in an efficient and effective way. From that, I could also learn how important teaching is.
This opportunity that I joined in TESOL at ILSC completely changed my way of thinking. Honestly, I hadn't been thinking of being a teacher but as time went by, I soon realised the worth of it and now, I'm thinking of being an English teacher.
I want to say briefly to everyone - Don't close the door but open every single possibility. No-one knows your future. Your experience at ILSC Montreal might change your life! |

That's fantastic!! Wonderful course!!
One thing which is most difficult for me was waking up. But it was nothing. I got up automatically because of the pressure (except last day...!)
Anyway I learned a lot of things from this course. Even though it makes you work hard, it's worth trying. Now I feel something missing. I don't know what I'm gonna do.
If you are considering the course, stop thinking - just start it!! |

If you want to take a TESOL course, you have to take the Greystone College TESOL at ILSC Montreal. Because this course is so organised and practical. The input is helpful to know the theory and academic knowledge of teaching English.
And the practicum has you face to real situation in class and honestly it is really fun.
Now, I feel I am ready to teach and will be a good English teacher. |

First time, I knew nothing, I couldn't make a lesson plan, TDS. But now I can make lesson plans and know what I have to do in a class or shouldn't do.
Every peer teaching, student warm-up, practicum are make me stronger than before. You can see how you are improved.
Feedback was great! I've learned a lot of things from feedback! I could learn from my mistakes.
Sarah also asks good things in feedback. It was really good. Usually I told bad things in feedback, but she makes me finding positive things. It's good for not only teaching skills but also my personality.
I'm stronger than before. I've changed!!
